Our Charlotte Apex Summerhouse is part of the stunning, best selling Charlotte range. This building is a lovely, contemporary style summerhouse. It allows plenty of light with its full length glass windows. The building has a serene and spacious feel thanks to its Apex roof design. This design allows plenty of additional head room within the building. This summerhouse makes a great addition to any garden or outdoor space. 

The charlotte apex summerhouse comes as standard, 16mm cladding and 50x50 framing (upgraded 22mm and 75x50 is also an option), heavy duty poly felt and wrap around corner strips.

All our buildings are pressure treated which carries a 10 year guarantee against wood rot or insect infestation. Although all our timber is tanalised, the building will still require 1-2 coats of a sufficient oil based water repellent. We advise this is carried out as soon as possible after installation and annually there after.
